v3.3.0。在线安装。在已有K8s上安装。

问题是什么

使用默认cluster-configuration 文件安装 ks，仅有一处修改：

    monitoring:
      type: external   # Whether to specify the external prometheus stack, and need to modify the endpoint at the next line.
      endpoint: http://prometheus-operated.monitoring.svc:9090

安装日志如下：

发现 ks-apiserver carsh，日志如下：

Error: failed to fetch group version resources notification.kubesphere.io/v2beta1: the server could not find the requested resource

查看 kubesphere-monitoring-system ns 中并未安装 notification-manager，请问需要怎么解决呢

    TKE 集群，错误异常如下
